We are offering both Online Bank & Credit Card options on our Entry Form.
How do we set it up so the subsriber can choose one or the other ie. if they choose 'Online Banking', they don't have to enter payment details and can just Submit.
Alternatively, if they choose to pay by Credit Card, then they need to enter CC details.

We will be glad to assist you with this. In order to accomplish what you need, please follow these steps:
1) Add a Single Choice field to ask for the payment method:
2) Add a Form Calculation widget:
Make sure to hide it: https://www.jotform.com/help/434-How-to-Hide-Form-Fields
3) Add your preferred payment gateway that will be used to collect debit/credit card payments, make sure to collect the total from the hidden "calculation" field: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
4) Create a condition to pass the "Total Due($NZ)" value to the "Calculation" field, if the payment method that was chosen is equal to "Debit/Credit Card": https://www.jotform.com/help/286-How-to-Pass-Field-Value-to-Another-Field
