Form still showing "Over Quota" message

Hi 

I messaged earlier today about my account being down graded from silver to Free package despite my upgrade payment.

I can see that you have rectified this, but now my form is still not accessible and displays the following message when visited...

FORM OVER QUOTA

THIS FORM HAS EXCEEDED ITS ALLOCATED QUOTA

I have now lost three payments totaling £120 - I am not very happy.  Can you please rectify this ASAP so that the form is active and able to accept bookings and payments.
