Forms grouping in email - How to ungroup them

    Hi

    Can you please let me know what can be done to stop my submitted forms from being grouped all together in my companies gmail mailbox?  Every single form that gets sent to my registration email gets put into the same conversation folder it's becoming harder each day to keep track of which ones i need to respond to.  Do you know a way to keep them from grouping in my email?  Even if they grouped daily that would be fine, but all of them grouping forever will not work!

    Gmail usually groups similar emails coming from the same sender with the same subject title. To make them unthreaded, follow these steps.

    1. Edit your email notification

    2. In the subject line, add fields with unique value like name or submission ID.

    Make an actual submission in your form to test it out.
