Why is my form not accepting new submissions?

    I can see you have already received a new submission today.

    I also cloned your form and tried to submit an entry, which worked perfectly. Could you test this again and see if you still have an issue? If that is the case then please allow me to submit a test entry so I could check this?

    Thank you for your response. I tested it and it was fine. I had a couple people contact me and say that when they tried to submit the form, it said page unavailable. I took information from one of them and filled it out and submitted without problem. I’m not sure what the problem was but it seems to be ok now.

    Alright, this could have a been browser related issue too. If anyone complains like this (which I am sure doesn't happen a lot) please advise them to clear the browser cache or try a different browser. They may find it useful.
