Hi. My clients have been having trouble uploading certain MP3 and WMV files - especially ever since I switched to a WordPress platform. Most files do upload but some don't - it says "upload failed". The form is in an iframe. A client of mine always has these types of wmv files that will never upload. Note that they typically won't play unless the user has GoToMeeting. But that should be irrelevant right?Page URL:

I'm suspecting that this may have something to do with an intermittent connection between the form user and the website. So far I have tried making some uploads of mp3 files up to 8mb and I did not encounter any similar instance of an 'upload failed' error. May we know the average file size that they're trying to upload?
I'm not sure of the relevance between GoToMeeting and wmv files. What I know of is that if the wmv file does not play in the user's computer then there is a missing codec that should be installed in the said computer. Or the computer itself has a problem that needs to be resolved. Sometimes doing a defragmentation (if using a Windows-based PC), or installation of codecs downloaded online can help resolve such issues.
