Do I need a Premium Account?

Asked by choreo on December 14, 2012 at 04:29 PM

I am new to JotForm. I am a web designer for several different client sites. I guess my real question is when I see up to 1000 Monthly Submission in the Premium Plan, does that refer to each FORM, each SITE, or for my ACCOUNT as a whole (including all forms on all sites I manage)?

To answer your question you can see the plans with pricing and associated feature limitations listed here http://www.jotform.com/pricing and this actually pertains to a single account of yours as a whole.

For instance, on the Premium Plan that you have, you can only recieve 1000 submissions and that counts as a whole on just one account of yours that it is tied to reguardless of how many forms you have whether it be 1 form or even 30. In addition to that technically you could also take a single form if you wanted and have just that one form appear across multiple websites that you manage.

I hope this helps and if you have any other questions just let us know.

In addition to what Deygus has told you, our developers are working to launch the multiuser platform which will be managed by an admin + users

And yes, 1000 submissions per Account is the right answer, regardless the number of forms
