Hi, I am currently evaluating your form service, and ran into some trouble with Zoho integration. I created a form Woods Waiver Form. I would like to export all details from this form to Zoho and Google Docs, and some details to mailchimp. The first issue I had, is that I can only create one new contact in mailchimp ( i have 2 contacts in my form) the next problem I had with Zoho, is that it didn't show all of my form fields. I tried disconnecting my account, and now it won't let me connect to Zoho (whe i try to login i get "null" as a result, but I can connect to another account with the same problem - not all fields are showing)
Secondly, I am wanting to create a 8 page Application Form. Most people would take a few hours to fill out this form. Do you offer a way to save and resume forms?

If you cannot connect with Zoho, refresh your page in Zoho and re-edit your form.
Save Now Continue Later would be the best option for that:

I restarted a new form, and was able to figure out some of the issues,
The login to zoho shows null, when the password has weird characters
like $%^&*( if i change the passowrd to letters and numbers, it works fine)
I still can't get birthdates and some picklists into zoho. it seems
there is some issues with recognizing the form values.
And I have a similar issue with mailchimp. In my form i have 3 name fields
parents first name
parents last name
as well as 2 email fields
however, i only have access to full name and not to parents first name
parents last name
so i can't import the parents name into mailchimp

That's great to hear that you have found and sort the issue. That's helpful information for others to see.
I can reproduce the issue about the birthdate mapping on Zoho, well, I will have to forward this to our developers. Hopefully they will attend to this and give us a resolution or any ways to solved such. But I cannot guarantee you any timeframe for this.
With Mailchimp, as you could see I am able to map it. Have you tried generating a fresh Mailchimp API keys? Please try that.

Hello jklupfel. We have just made a fix on the Date and DateTime field mapping for Zoho. Please do let us know if you continue to have errors on this.
