Form not showing on a Secure Website

I have recently set up my website to a secure https webite with SSL.

My embedded jot form has disappeared from the page on which it is embedded. What should I do to retrieve it?

I see the issue that you described when I checked the website you shared both on HTTP and HTTPS.

To fix the issue, please try embedding the form using its Iframe Embed Codes.
