    Hello,

The "Other" field is not displaying properly on multiple choice questions on mobile browsers. I am using the card format. This is happening on multiple questions. Please see screenshot.

I have tested on iOS for both Safari and Chrome.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Thanks for reporting this issue, I can confirm it does not show correctly:

Unfortunately, card forms don't allow CSS injection, so I will forward this to our back-end team. You will be updated via this thread when the issue gets fixed.

Also, the Address field is cutting off. You can’t see the list of addresses to choose from, which is the key feature. I’m assuming this is the same issue. I would like to roll out these forms within a week. Is it likely these issues will be addressed before then?
    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

The issue is related to font-family that you selected.

As a quick solution, could you please use different font family for now? We will solve the issue and inform you as soon as possible.

    Hi Jeff,

You don't need to change the font family. The issue should be fixed now. Could you also test it on your side and let us know the result?
