I have a pay pal payment form set up but none of the payments are being received/completing.
Can you please provide some insight on why this is occurring & how we can resolve this issue?

I have tested and the paypal integration seems to be working well.
I also submitted a live test on your page. I was able to log into my paypal account. I submitted an actual payment and also an incomplete transaction.

Here is where you will find all your incomplete transactions. Simply select your form and click on submissions button at the top of the page.
