Validation issue: Why can the form be submitted when all required fields are not filled?

Asked by caskkarate on December 17, 2012 at 11:26 AM

I checked the 'required field' button on my form, and that places an asterix (*) beside the question, but the form is still able to be submitted without all fields being filled.

Is there a way to ensure that everyone using my form fills each field?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Can you please let us know what method did you use to embed the form?

It seems there are conflicts in the scripts of your page.  The validation of data on your form is done through scripts.  if there are conflicts with such scripts, it is possible that the form could be submitted without passing the required information.

Here is a good starting point for when you are planning to share your form:

Once you have picked your method, simply look for the corresponding guide from this page:

    I'll wait for your response!

    Thank you for your response,

I used the HTML Source Code to embed it.

Please try an iFrame code. That code should not conflict with anything on your page.

Thank you for using our service.
