Email says "JotForm Account Disabled"

    Someone on your web chat system on Friday (Ed?) agreed to reset the counter on my account. I was running into a glitch on my form and had to submit a bunch of test entries to identify the problem. He verified that all 10 submissions on our account were from me and said we'd be reset to 10 for this month.

    Despite his assurance, it looks like that not happen. Please correct.

    Count has been reset. You form should be fine by now.
