"My Forms" page doesn't seem to be operating correctly. I can't access the my account icon from this page & I'm not able to run my weekly report. Did something change? Can you help?

We did have a problem with the MyForms interface about an hour ago, causing the tool buttons to disappear, but that has since been resolved. Can you please check now if the problem persists on your end?
