How can i stop jotform from going to another page on completion?

Asked by dylanfar on December 17, 2012 at 01:56 PM

On completion of the form jotform transfers the visitor to the page i have set but not within the iframe, it changes the entire browser windw page.  I either want jotform to just go to the page i have set within the iframe or alternatively do nothing after completion, and just reset to showing the form again.

This the default behavior when you set a custom URL as your form's thank you page. Kindly refer to the image below for more information:

If the form is embedded on a webpage, and you'd like it to just refresh or go back to the form after submission, then you should just use the URL of the said webpage (where the form is embedded) as the Custom URL.
