[SSL issue] Secure feedback form is not showing anything

    Previously it was working, so maybe there is problem.

    When secure is turned off, the form works fine.

    However, when used as a secure form, the feedback form doesn't show in the lightbox (in preview, or live on our site).

    It also makes it impossible to close the lightbox/modal window, so a user will be stuck if they click on the feedback button.

    Here is the exact code:

    That works beautifully, Thanks.

    You may have already fixed it, but just in case, the code I was using was pulled direcly from the embed form pop-up, it should be changed so other don't have the same issue.
