I don't receive any e-mail notifications on my e-mail address: email@example.com when the form is filled in on my page:
When I sent a plain e-mail to this address the mail is received.
Is this a bouncelist problem?
I have checked on my settings but I cannot find the problem.

Hi D. Piller,
Yes, you are right. Your email address ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason.
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550.
I have now removed it so it should be fine now. I'd also suggest to double check your email address if there are no typos. You may also whitelist JotMail IP's to your email provider side, this should help prevent this kind of issue. Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses. Thanks!
