Not getting email notifications from form submissions

    I am no longer receiving email notifications when someone submits a form. The forms we use are linked from our intranet and not open for the public to complete.

    Your email address is IN our bouce list and have done removing it from the list.


    twhelan@***** is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering.'

    Please take note of the reason, you may need to exlude Jotmails from your email filters.

    Also, it would be good if you will add jotmail ip address to your whitelist.
