Zapier Integration: connecting jotform with CampaignManager problem

    Hi,

    I'd like to use jotForm for new customers to sign up to receive an emailed coupon, and opt-in for future offers.  The form includes fields for name, email, drop down to select their prefered store location, and a checkbox to opt-in to receive future offers.  My plan is to send the data to Campaign Manager, which would collect the data and autosend an email with the coupon upon sign-up.

    While I can get Campaign Manager to collect the user's name and email address, I was also hoping to send the custom data fields to Campaign Manager.  Apparently sending fields other than name and email can't be done directly to Campaign Manager from jotForm.  It was suggested I try using Zapier to send the custom fields from jotForm to Campaign Manager.

    This seems like a good suggestion, however when I try to give Zapier access to my jotForm account, and click "test", I get a failure message (see attached).  Am I missing a step?

    Meanwhile, have you tried our Mailchimp integration?  You should be able to map custom fields with this mailing service provider.  If you are interested, please take a look at this page for more information:

    Hi Richard,

    Problem is related with your username, '@' sign can't be used on HTTP (protocol that our API is using)

    To use zapier, we need to change your username to a new one with only alpha-numeric characters.

    Hi Ertugrul.  Yes, that'd be great actually.  Is there an easy way to change my username to the same it is now, but just without the @ symbol?

    Simply removed the @ and .
