I received notification that I have reached the limits of my account. But I only have 17 responses in my only form. HELP! Thank you.

That is because you are using the form through a secure link which the limit is 10 for Free Accounts. I suggest you to use the normal submissions instead to received more than 10 submissions and up to 100.
Re-embed your form without ticking the SECURE box.
