I set-up my Teacher report form to send to a 2nd email address when a form is submitted. At first, the form sent to both addresses. However, now it is not sending to the 2nd email address. What happened?
The email addresses are:
email@example.com (still sends to this one)
firstname.lastname@example.org (does not send to this one, but it was sending last month)
This is the 2nd time I have submitted this question. I receieved no response the first time.

The email address email@example.com is IN our bounce list.
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 Remote MTA 188.8.131.52: An= URL contained in this message is blacklisted by SURBL. See http://www.surbl.org'
I have already removed the email address from our bounce list.
