Hi. My form has been created for selling tickets. I need to limit how many tickets I sell due to limited seating in the venue. Please let me know if this is possible and how. thank you!

I have checked the form that you just created and if you would like to sell more than 1 ticket per submission, then I suggest that you follow the instructions in the guide below to meet your requirements.

Thanks Mike. I have already set it up to sell up to 8 tickets per submission. What I need to do is limit the total number of tickets I sell through this form. I will have multiple people using the form to buy tickets. Most people will buy one or two at a time. However, I can only sell 125 tickets total so I need to shut it down when I've reached 125 tickets sold. Is this possible?

If that is the case, then you will have to use the Inventory widget to collect the number of tickets your respondents would like to purchase per submission.

    How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

Also, with the Inventory widget, you can set a limit to the total number of times a product can be selected in your form.

After that, you will use the Form Calculation widget to set the price for each ticket.

Once the amount is in the Form Calculation widget, you can then pass it to the payment field you prefer using. To do that, please follow the instructions in this guide — How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

THANK YOU! It worked! That's awesome. I'm really enjoying how easy this form is and how amazing the support is.

I have one more question (for now). I am using a dark background and the calculation shows up in black font. Is there any way to change the box to white like the Inventory Widget or make the font white?

Same question applies to the Address information page and Guest Name entries for the food selections as well...

Unfortunately, you can not change or inject Css code to Calculation widget, but you can change the color adding Css code to your Inventory widget.

If you want to change background or font color in Address Information page or Guest entries, you can use "Advanced Designer".  Shown below:

I hope it would be helped.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
