How to transfer form to another non-profit account?

    Hello,

I have created an application form using my personal JotForm account. I need the form to be sent out to applicants from the JotForm account of a non-profit organization that I'm a member of. How can I "transfer" the form properly so that the non-profit account holder will be able to share the form with applicants directly from their account? The non-profit will list my email address as a notification recipient, so I will be notified when submissions are received, but the preference is that the form be sent from the non-profit's account (instead of being sent from my personal account), for business purposes.

I know there is a clone option and a collaboration option, but I'm not sure if these are the right functions to use to do what I'm trying to do. I'm hoping that the non-profit would not have to recreate the form in order to be the actual sender of the form. Please advise. Thanks!

    Regards,

    Dr. B.
