People getting kicked out upon submit

People keep getting kicked out trying to submit. 

When you say that your users are getting kicked out, what do you mean by that? Are they getting an error message? Were they able to click the "Submit" button? Or does the browser tab closes after submitting the form?

I did a test submission in your form (https://www.jotform.us/form/81794809139167) and it was successful. After hitting the Submit button, I was redirected to the Thank You Page. Here's a screen capture:

Is this form embedded on a webpage? If yes, then please let us know the URL of the webpage so that we can further investigate. Thank you.

If they hit submit nothing happens. I did manage to narrow down that they are doing it via mobile phone when the issues arise.

I tested your form from iPhone, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue on submitting.
