Hello, when someone submits the answers to the form and it triggers an email to me, I receive the email but only a few of the answers are shown. I have to login to JotForm to see the rest. It is not that the individual is only answering a few questions. It seems to default to show only the first 5 questions. Please help. Thank you.

It is because the current Notification email was already altered and not all fields are included on it.
You can try adding a new notification by using the Add New Email in the Email Alerts
Adding new email will restore all the fields available for the email template.
