Infusionsoft Dynamic Tagging: Unable to add multiple tags to each contact.

    Hello!

    I have set up a form with several multiple choice (select all that apply) checkboxes. It's called Educator Survey.

    I want each checkbox to apply a corresponding Infusionsoft tag. I have set up Dynamic tagging following the setup instructions here: https://www.jotform.com/help/513-How-To-Use-JotForm-s-Infusionsoft-Dynamic-Tagging.

     

    I was able to set up the first field, tested it, and it applied the tag just fine. 

    I built out the rest of the conditions and it is no longer working. It is not applying a tag for any of the check boxes.

    Please let me know if there is anything I can adjust in my settings to make this work.

    I did some test and it seems that it only allows to insert one tag per contact even if the condition should tag it with more than one. Can you please confirm if this is your case? 

    With your first successful tag, how many tags were inserted to your Infusionsoft's contact? Are you looking on adding multiple tags based on condition?

    When I tested successfully it was only applying one tag. 

    I want to add multiple tags for one form submission. For example, one of the questions is, "What subjects are you interested in (Select all that apply)" Then there are multiple options. If they select math and science I want to have a math tag and also a science tag applied. 

    Is this possible?

    Thanks for confirming. I can now conclude that the tagging is broken as it should be possible to add multiple tags but it's not based on our test

    I have now escalated this to our L2 team for further investigation. Once again, we thank you for the report and we are hoping for your patience in the meantime.

    We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.

    As a result of our investigation, there are no issues in integration. Users can send multiple tags to InfusionSoft / Keap integration with the corresponding 'checkbox' field.


    The problem is due to a misunderstanding and misuse of the dynamic tagging feature. To explain this, we first need to explain how the 'Update/Calculate Field' condition in your form works.


    Each 'Update/Calculate Field' condition that you add to your form performs the calculation defined within it. If there are 2 different conditions defined in a specific field, the condition running in the second order erases all data of the condition running in the first order and performs its own calculation.

    Yes the related integration support to dynamic tagging. However, you can do this by separating the tags with ',' in just one condition.

    ** You can't append this tags more with second conditions.
