This happens 50% of the time: today it's on Mac/Safari after all browsers have been cleared. Seems slightly more likely to occur when the bookmarks bar is showing, but that's not scientifically tested. Takes a lot of reloads and/or random navigation to get it to work right once this problem has started. Then it works fine 3,4,5 times, then starts over again. Intermittent madness.

Hello, we are very sorry about this and I do know exactly what you mean and are talking about. I've seen this happen on random occassions even on my screen in windows. It is a glitch and usually happens at the when you click on a form and are close to the top of the screen when clicking on the Integrations Wizard which then causes this to occur. Usually if you scroll down some and then click on the it then this helps avoid this problem however this is not supposed to happen and it is an obvious bug because the pop-up is supposed to appear in the middle of the screen regardless. The only alternative i've found to temporarily correct it is just to close that window of the browser and go back and scroll down a little bit as I stated then click on the Integration to try again. I will forward this problem to our development team immediately to notify them of the issue for them to look at as soon as they can. In the meantime we do appreciate your patience until this problem as been fixed.
One question I do also have alongside this is are you using the older or newer version of Jotform with which this problem is happening on?

I'm pretty sure I'm 100% up to date on OS, Browser, and JotForm V3
