Log In Issue

    I am unable to log in or access any of my forms.  I keep receiving the error message "login failed - auto suspended"

    Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically by our Phishing Detector Tool (autsosuspended) because of form: http://www.jotform.us/form/82616518100146 is requesting login credentials (email/username/password).

    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will not ve in compliance with our Terms of Use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this service.

    I have deleted the delictive field from your form and reactivated your account.

    You can login as you normally do.

    I was trying to see if I could mask that information in on the form. I will find another solution.  thanks.
