Why am I not receiving emails?

    Hello.  We recently stopped receiving emails from our jotform - Requisition Request (under the user name "5thandBroadway).  We've been using the service for a few months now and have not had trouble with emails until now.  We have not changed any settings as far as we're aware.  Can you tell me why I might not be receiving the form alerts by email now?

    Hi Justin,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Base on your mail log, it seems that the submission was successfully sent into your email address.

    Have you tried already checking your bulk/spam folder? If not, can you please give a try? Can you please change also your form's notification sender email to noreply@jotform.com and whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses to avoid rejection.

    I think I'm having the same problem. My email account receives emails normally, but not any JotForm submissions.

    I've set the sender email to noreply and checked my spam folders. Still nothing.

    Please help and thank you!

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No Such User Here'
