Not receiving Emails from submissions

    Suddenly I'm not receiving emails when submissions are made. I've always gotten them before and no one has changed any settings that would affect this.  I'm not finding any setting to check.  Can you please advise me how to get the submissions by email again?   I'm not able for forward them from the jotform app, so the emails are crucial for our purposes.  Thank you for your help.

    I checked your account's email but it appears that the email properly received the email sent from JotForm's servers. However, to confirm, can you please tell us the actual email address and the form related to this matter? I have privatized the thread in order to limit the access to you and just the JotForm team.
