We currently are a user of JotForm on our website. We are getting yearly promotions, and I am the new Marketing Director for the company. Our username is Centra Foods. I'm wondering if our subscription is going to run out at the end of the year. Could someone call me at 206-422-2140 tomorrow? We're also re-designing our website and I want to learn how I can better incorporate this into our big picture.
