I have a yes/no question.
If yes, then continue
When I continue, the next thing to fill out is a multiple choice box which has further conditions of hiding or displaying form fields.
Before I added the yes/no question, the conditions in the multiple choice worked fine. However, Now that I have the yes/no question - when "yes" is answered and the user goes to the multiple choice and selects a limited number of possibilities, the form still displays all the possibilities - I lost that 2nd condition of hiding fields.
Please help.
Also, even though I hid all fields when the answer is "no" it is still showing 1 image even though it is hidden. I have presented this as a problem before and I was told you found a bug but I haven't heard if this can be fixed.

Could you please check if the Clear Hidden Field Values is set to Clear on Being Hidden:
And if no, please set it and let us know if that makes any difference.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I did as suggested: click on "Clear on being hidden" and experienced no change:
Even though I have conditions regarding hiding selections, nothing hid after I clicked "yes" on and one of the images popped up when I click no at the "submit" part of the form

Please note - the image showing was a conditions error on my part. This now works find. However, I still haven't solved how adding a yes/no question caused my subsequent conditions for showing or hiding form questions to not work.

On inspecting the cloned version of your form https://hipaa.jotform.com/82648311189159
I could not find Yes/No question in it. I could see you have added some conditions in your form with respect to the Multiple Choice Question which is the reason for the conflict. There is a conflict of conditions in your form.
I see you have added Show conditions for your MCQ questions:
At the same time, you have added Hide conditions for the same options which are causing conflict and leading to show the slides.
Let us know your requirement in details how you want to implement the slides so that we shall assist you better.
Thanks.

thank you.
this is the one with the yes/no
https://hipaa.jotform.com/82663727289168
when I click "no" it takes me to the end (except for the image that I believe I know how to fix)
when I click "yes" and then make selections on the next multiple choice, it does not use the logic to hide - all form questions are made available - ignoring the logic.
can you help with this.
btw - support continues to be fantastic.

Thanks again: You wrote "Let us know your requirement in details how you want to implement the slides so that we shall assist you better"
Here is my specification:
1. If a person does not accept the terms of engagement, then they do not get to see any slides... I attempted to do this by creating a yes or no question at the beginning:
Results: If they answer "no" the logic works well and they do not see anything. If they do not exit, then they will see the submit button. This is ok but not perfect. I'd like them to be exited from the form if they do not accept (answer yes) to the disclaimer question.
2. If a person does accept the terms, then they see slides determined by the next MQS.
Results: If they answer "yes" they continue to the next slide which is MQS. This slide has logic (hide/show) and, based on the values they choose, should only be taken to those specified in the hide/show logic. Instead, they are taken through ALL the remaining slides. However, when I remove the yes/no question, then the hide/show logic works appropriately.
Thus what I want: The MCQ logic to work even though the yes/not question is there....

Allow me some time to check the conditions in your form. I'll get back to you.
Thanks

Thank you . I believed I solved the issues. It may not be pretty but works.
Question: In numeric fields with calculations, if I don't have a default - it does not default to "0" if there are no values - correct?
This solved my "appearing" figures - tied to a low value - built from a 0 default.
Please inform

Glad to hear that you solved the conditional issue yourself.
Yes, correct the numeric field does not default to 0 Instead if you need then you can place a default 0 value in it.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
