Hi,
On form 81646514559970 I have 3 conditional email notifiers. On the notifier I am one of the recipients forms@aac.ca as is cac@aac.ca On the conditions only the cac@aac.ca , was the recipient, so only she was getting the notifiers, I have since added my email address. I used a comma as the delimiter, I hope that is right.
My question is why do I have to put the recipients in both locations?
best, Robert

When the conditional logic is applied, the original email notification recipients are being ignored, since the email recipients are supposed to be specified via the condition in that case.
This is right to specify both email recipients in the condition.
If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know.

Hi,
I appear to be doing something incorrectly, yesterday I added ',forms@aac.ca' and now neither email address is getting the notices.
Help, Robert

Try adding a space between each.
Email1@email.com, email2@gmail.com, email3@gmail.com
Other than that, it does look to be set up correctly.

Let us know if the issue persists, we can test and check our logs to see if they are indeed triggering from our end.
