How can I integrate the Salutation into the Title field in Salesforce?

My question is related to Lead object. 

When I do Salesforce migration from Jotform to Salesforce Lead, the dropdown list of available Salesforce fields doesn't have the Title field. I tried making my Full Name field to include Prefix and Suffix but my test submission turns out that Salesforce doesn't receive these fields. 

Is there a solution or workaround on this?

I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. The title field which you do not see in mapping dropdown, is it a custom field or its a suffix / prefix field of contact field?

I did test this but it is currently not possible to list the prefix field separately in the integration to map it with JotForm. Do you want to actually send the suffix/prefix value of the full name field to SalesForce?
