Let me know Why this service has problem in IRAN?

    But the link that you mentioned is not accessible for me: The error is :

    Unauthorized Access
    Your account does not have access to this page.
    Please switch or login your account.

    I'm using this services in IRAN also and I think I'm experiencing the same issue that you mentioned.
    Can you help me further?

    All our systems are operational. Perhaps an Internet Service Provider (ISP) from Iran has blocked our domain. Can you please tell us which ISPs you are using so we can further investigate?

    You can also try using the following domains as an alternative.

    https://www.jotform.net/82653408196160

    Just replace the form ID if you want to use different form.

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks for your response, but I think you couldn't get my problem.

    I have no problem with jotform, jotform load properly to my screen but after clicking on submit button, google dont give access for further action and there is not any google connected services to my form.

    google follow sanction for IRAN IPs so don't let us using API or some of services.

    My question is why my form should google API when I don't have any google service connected to my form like google sheet or google drive.

    Is That your Back-end proccess that should use Google Servers?

    JotForm servers are co-located in a cloud based architecture with Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS). As far as I understand, there're issues with Google at your country. I am not sure if this will work, but you can try to move the data of your account to our EU servers, which should be served by AWS: https://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/

    I' think you gave me a best solution. I moved my data to EU but still I had the same issue from google

    I'll be happy if check it further

    Unfortunately, we can not promise if there's anything we can fix at our end to make it work, since there seem to be restrictions in your country, but we will keep you posted with any update on this matter.

    Are you connecting to the internet from a corporate network or a proxy network?

    What is your public ip address?

    Hi Servet,

    When I'm using Proxy or Vpn I don't have any problem because google cannot estimate where I'm connecting but without proxy or vpn and by IRAN IP's Google don't let users.

    It's my public IP Address: 91.98.76.87 that have problem and all IRAN IP's have the same problem.

    Your form's submission domain have been changed to alt.jotfor.ms.

    I reset your form's cache. Please visit https://www.jotform.com/82653408196160 without using proxy vpn and check the submission working status.

    No, It's not on Iframe. We moved your form's submission domain from outside of google.

    It is permanent solution this specific issue.
