Location based tax not working for Canadian provinces

I've put in the province and the tax amount but the form doesn't calculate it based on the shipping address.

Please help 

I reviewed your form but it seems that Location base Tax was not configured in the Payment Settings.

Please set the tax options and saved the payment configuration. Then test again after.

Let us know if issue persist.
