I Have created a form for my clients to fill out so I have all of their client info to book their travel.

How do I send this to them so they can fill out and send it back to me?

Hi,

in your form editing dashboard, click Publish tab and you can see sharing options.

Moreover, if you want the submissions be sent to your e-mail address, you can set notification e-mail in Settings tab.
