Someone from chat is reporting that his buttons for reports, submissions, folder and other inline buttons when a form is click is not working. He's also not able to create a new form, the create form button is also not working. I have tried to access his account and I was able to reproduce the said issue but NOT on my regular account? I have cleared his form caches, I let him clear his browsers cache but nothing happen.

Fixed now. There was a problem during folder migration for this account.
