I have updated my jotform and it will not update on my website. I have went and made sure the source code is correct on my website. It is the correct form. I have tried changing the template style and I still can not seem to get it to update on my website!
What can I do? Am I required to make a new form to input on my website?

Probably because of the CDN delay and this is the reason why changes doesn't reflect immediately to your form. We'd suggest to change "form" to "www" on the URL part of your embed code to skip CDN. This should solved it.
