I work at HCP & Associates and we are having issues logging into our account. The person who used to handle this account is no longer working here and we have no way of logging in. The user name is Rankfowler. One of our websites sskmeetings.com has several forms and none of them are working. We need to be able to to login as soon as possible. Thanks you!

You can reset the password for the username Rankfowler. Once you do this, check the email for the reset instructions and you will gain access to the account again.
Btw, I could not seem to find a JotForm in the website sskmeetings.com .. can you please tell us how we can view them?
