I can't get the Draw on image widget to find my png file. I'm pretty sure the path is correct.

I have checked your latest form and it seems that you have entered the local path (from your PC) to an image. Please note that the widget requires URL link to an image on the web. You can use third party image upload services, for example this one: https://imgur.com/upload
