The new Jotform submissions page does not seem to include "incomplete payments" like the old version does. Many of our needed submissions end up here and I have to manually complete them b/c they are actually paid orders. No idea why they end up in "incomplete." Also, my computer is so old that the new version is not compatible with my internet browser. I cannot update my browser any more, and I am not purchasing a whole new computer so I can use Jotform. So, for me, the old version is the only way I can continue to use Jotform.

In case anyone else has this problem, the submissions page does not open at all on older browsers so you cannot switch to the old version. You have to find a more updated computer and logon using that web browser. Then you can switch to the old version which will make the submissions page open on your older computer.
