Attached Files not Opening

    We're having an issue where the files attached to our forms are not opening - the issue started yesterday and everyone who has tried it has the same issue. I've included the URL of one of the uploads with this submission. When trying to open an attached file, it gives this error:

    This site can’t be reached

    files.jotform.com took too long to respond.

    Try:

    Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall

    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
     
     
    We've also had issues with the edit links to the forms loading very slowly. I don't think the issue is on our end, considering we haven't had issues with any other websites or apps. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated - we rely on JotForm's attach function on a daily basis.

    That problem(ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) is related to internet connection issues. We have tried the link, and it downloads the file just fine. Please try using a different internet connection.
