    My Jotform isn't working and getting an Insecure url found...Please Help

    Asked by ADFC on December 21, 2012 at 02:06 AM

    I have entered the code to my Facebook account but my supporters state that they get "Unable To View Content" and have been told that it isn't working. When I enter the code, I get this from facebook written in pink...

    Insecure urls found

    You should change the following urls to begin with http:// instead of http://, or some browsers may not properly display your content:

    http://form.jotform.us/form/23508472448155

    Not sure what to do or what is going wrong.

    This is the url to by form page:
    http://www.facebook.com/AntiDogFightingCampaign/app_190322544333196

    Page URL:
    http://www.facebook.com/AntiDogFightingCampaign/app_190322544333196

    Hello ADFC, as stated by the error, you should change HTTP:// to HTTPS://

    Currently this is your code:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://form.jotform.us/form/23508472448155" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1149px; border: none;" scrolling="no">
    <iframe>

    Changing it to this should fix and remove your warning:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.us/form/23508472448155" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1149px; border: none;" scrolling="no">
    <iframe>

    But please do take note that for free users, you are only allowed up to 10 SSL submissions maximum per month.  You will need to upgrade to Premium if you will need to receive more than that.

    If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
