SSL Submissions: What happens when I reach the limit for my account

Under my account my SSL Submission is at 8 to 10. What happens when it reaches 10? Does that mean I'm allowed to use 10 secure links on my forms? How do I clear it to 0 so it doesn't reach 10?

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

10 is the liimit of SSL submissions (secure submissions).

You can have one link out there and receieve 10 submissions.  The number of forms or links is not limited.  The only limit is the number of times the form is submitted.

This limit counter is reset at the begining of each month.

If the number of Secure submissions goes over your limit, the account will be temporarily disabled until the next month when the counters are reset.

A quick reminder that you can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at any time!

Hope this answers help.  Please let us know if you need further assistance!
