Wednesday we started a huge launch. For some reason we are not getting all the email notifications on our account! Yesterday you finaly allowed us to Export and we had 198 LEADS! We are selling a $5000 coaching package and these 198 were NOT EMAILED TO US!??!
There is a major glitch, we are not getting all of our email from the leads!! And we can not access them from your reporting.
If you can help me in the next 30 minutes we will stay, otherwise, you understand we have to LEAVE and will be wanting a refund.
We want to stay, please help asap!

The submissions and reports pages will be available after 5pm.
We had to disable them at times when traffic is hight so that forms will not be affected.
As of the moment we are running on a backup server and had to disable certain
features while we work on the problem.

UPDATE 3: (3/6/2011 6am) Switch to new main database server has been completed successfully. JotForm is now faster than ever since we took this opportunity beef up our database server memory and CPU power. Thanks all for your patience and support.
