I have a client who wishes to have a contact form that has a general information option and a press inquiries option built in.  He wants to have the submissions sent to two different email addresses.  Is that possible?

    Thanks very much

Hello Lenore.  Yes, you can send email alerts of your form submissions to multiple email addresses.  But first, here is a basic walkthrough about email alerts.

There are two types of email alerts:

    1. Email Notification - mainly for the purpose of notifying the form owner and recipients
    2. Autoresponder - to send emails to form users as a response to their form submissions.

For email notifications, you can send multiple emails to different recipients separating each by a comma (,) or a semi-colon (;).  While for auto responders, there can only be one recipient.

Also, you can create more auto responders and/or email notifications on your form if you wish.  Simply click the Add New Email button under Email Alerts when editing your form and complete the wizard.

Here is also a list of user guides that discusses about form email alerts: http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-4-Form+Emails

Hope this clarifies your concerns and inquiries.
