Hi, my form is reading as disabled. Why is this?

    Hi,

I recently created a form for my pharmacy workplace to record details on a promotion we are currently running, and sync to a google spreadsheet. We are gaining many more submissions that we expected, and hence will be upgrading to a premium account tomorrow (23/12/12). However, currently the form says it has been disabled as it does not pass the status check.

Could you please advise me as to why this is occurring?

    Kind regards,

    Jessica Vee

    Hi,

The said problem occurred because you have exceeded the allowed submission quota of 100 allocated for a Free account. You have now 110 submissions, therefore your account is on Overlimit and your forms are disabled.

To solve this issue and since you are expecting to be receiving more submissions, you need to upgrade your account to Premium or Professional accounts. You can take advantage of our discounted prices by choosing our yearly or bi-yearly payment mode.

    Thank you.
