How do I set up a form for my clients that lets them save the form to their computer with the info they typed in?

I have a questionnaire for my clients that I need them to be able to save to their computer with the insterted info, and also submit to me. I did a test, and the form only saves as a HTML, and when I open the form after saving, the info I typed in is gone. Are there settings on the Jotform site that let me set the form up so that it saves as, say, a PDF or Word doc? The form is not on a site; it's being sent as a separate link to my clients.

    Hi

You can offer your users to download a copy of the completed form by adding a link to the PDF file version of it in the form's Thank You message.

Read my responses on this thread to learn more about it. If you need clarifications on any of the steps taken, please inform us.

Thanks so much; it works! I have one more question, though. Is there any way I can get the submission number for this form reset to zero?  The ones that are on file right now are all testers done by me, to make sure the form works properly, and now with the addition of the PDF link, I had to do it again a couple of times. There will probably be one more "fake" submission by this evening because I'm gonna have a friend do the whole process so I can see it from her end. I don't actually start using the form for real until tomorrow.
