I've just used JotForm to create my first form and found that questions with multiple checkboxes have responses that are in the same cell in the column, when I export it to Excel. This makes it very hard to perform analysis. Is there a setting to change how it exports?

Unfortunately, that's how it works. Using the "Wrap Text" option in Excel will make them more readable, in new line.
