Not receiving

    People are filling out my rental application but nothing is being received on my end. I have had several people state they properly submitted the form. Nothing was sent to my email.

    You can access any form submissions in your myforms area of the JotForm website.


     Your notifications are going to a gmail, this is an email provider we tend to have zero or no issues with. Can you please check your spam folder for the submissions?

    Going forward you should put a filter in your gmail account to have any mails from sent to your inbox, there is a setting in gmail when creating a filter, 'never send to spam'
